The Resident is in a great location, close to and within walking distance to Lime Street train station, Philharmonic Hall, eateries, shopping and the Albert docks. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean , comfortable and quiet at night. I would stay here again.

Pleasant
Location was decent for the places I was looking to visit or within walking distance. I did not realize I was in the middle of club Central and as thick as the walls are, it was very challenging to sleep due to the street noise.
The room itself was perfect, but I did not like was the noise levels at night I’m a very late sleeper so even though it was muffled, you could still feel the vibration of all of the crazy music

This hotel has all we need, the room was perfect, all the facilities were in great condition, the surroundings are very interesting, and its safe. I was were taken care of, and welcomed every time I was back from tourism.

The location was in the center of numerous nightlife and restaurant options. Walking everywhere an option, no auto needed.

Very easy to find good Central location. Good for the bars. The cafes, the restaurants easy to walk to staff really pleasant and helpful. Nothing was no problem for them and the room was exceptionally. Good comfort. Very impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay there in the future
