A very central location easy to walk to all areas, very friendly welcoming staff, a hand written card to welcome us to the resident and a free glass of wine nice touch.
A small bath with a very slippy surface , needed a bath mat

This was my first time in Liverpool and The Resident was in a great location for my needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, the room itself was brilliant for the price. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful
I would say one thing that I am extremely satisfied with is the fact that I had messaged on booking.com for a quiet room due to my disability and they certainly delivered on this. The room I had was just that which I was very pleased about. The staff was also friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough which was really nice to see. They was welcoming and just for that and for the fact they accommodated my needs of a quiet room I would definitely book there again.
The only issue I had with the room that it was on the small compact side but the fact that it was quiet and the staff was great made up for it. It didn’t put me off.

Very Good
Very clean and central. Staff were excellent and room well equipped
Unfortunately my stay was marred by a group of men in the adjacent room who kept me awake throughout the night . Realise the latter is not the direct fault of the property, but wondering if there is a policy in house to think of other guests
