The room was small but comfortable, great bathroom and a great location overall.
The pillows aren't great - can be a bit hard and quite thin if you only use one.

The room was super spacious. I loved the mini kitchen tucked away in the cupboard. The bathroom was clean and bright. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The waiting area on the ground floor where we met on the morning after the stay was beautifully decorated. The other major bonus was the security for getting into the hotel after our night out and the fact that we could not hear anything from the street outside even though it was obscenely lively out there! Location was perfect for a city break.

Comfortable room and bed. Good room facilities.
Lack of food/beverage - would have bee great to have a coffee/light breakfast without going out.

On this occasion we did not attend the resident,due to travel issues other times we have stayed at the Resident.Hotel staff excellent ever time comfortable and the kitchen is a bonus especially when travelling with children.
