Excellent stay! The location is perfect, very close to the central train station and many great restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the handwritten welcome card was a very sweet touch. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff a get helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, you also discounts at certain food places for staying here, it's a bit easier on the pocket. The prices are really fair for what you get at the resident. A must stay if you ever wanna be in Central liverpool, with local amenities close by.
Everything is spot on, there is nothing to dislike about the resident hotel.

The lady on reception on our arrival at 7.30 was so good and so nice to us. Our flight was in really early so we arrived at hotel at 7.30am on a Sunday to drop our bags and relax in foyer and she could not have been nicer to us.

Fantastic shower and plenty towels, only though my room was small layout very good . Very secure building with easy entry for Residents with swipe card , 24/7 reception
Obviously would be better with a Bar and Restaurant, but they order food or drink for you .
