Excellent location, just a stone’s throw away from the shopping district Liverpool One. Spacious and clean room, front office staff were very attentive. On the whole an outstanding experience.

It was in a great location, very handy to walk to most things in the city centre and to get buses elsewhere. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The only tiny things were the water pressure in the shower was a little low, and we were unable to wash dishes in the kitchenette as no dish soap was provided, but I’m sure this would have been, if we had asked for it. We only had a short stay so this was not a problem at all.

the location is excellent. I was in Liverpool to attend my daughter's graduation and everywhere i needed to go was no more than a 15 minute walk from The Resident. the staff were friendly and welcoming. they gave me a little congratulations card to mark the occasion (of my daughter's graduation). facilities are limited, there is no kitchen in the hotel but they are partnered with lots of local businesses that offer a discount to guests at The Resident.

Location very close to central station. Perfect for travelling to The Open Golf. Spacious room. Modern must have been very recently opened.
Desk is too small. Would be nice if they had a bar in the lobby. Note that the area is a busy nightclub and bar area if that is what you are looking for.

Central location, parking nearby, near to central station. Nice restaurants nearby. Staff professional.
It was very hot in our bedroom on arrival. We adjusted the air-conditioning but it made no difference. I asked at reception, which itself was nice and cool, and was advised to leave our key in so the energy remained on whilst we were out. On our return the temperature had dipped minimally. We found it difficult to sleep due to the temperature. The bathroom was basic and felt more like a travel lodge bathroom, despite the branded toiletries.
