Excellent location. Great size, warm and cozy room! Clean bathroom with a very nice quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - very important :) Comfortable bed, fast wi-fi, large TV. The staff is super polite, friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Perfect position... handy to everything. Hotel room had everything and more that you needed. Loved the little kitchen. Friendly helpful staff went above and beyond.
Not the hotels problem but be aware it is central so there are clubs nearby but hotel staff advised me that if I stay again to ask in advance for the quieter rooms in the hotel.

This hotel has all we need, the room was perfect, all the facilities were in great condition, the surroundings are very interesting, and its safe. I was were taken care of, and welcomed every time I was back from tourism.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our bags at reception to let us start exploring the city immediately. Once we did get checked in our room was clean and spacious, and the Molton Brown toiletries provided were a lovely touch of luxury. For the hotel being in a busy spot of night time activity the room was very quiet which was a relief. Our room was on the 5th floor meaning we could see the river which was nice. The hotel supplied a list of local restaurant/cafe businesses that provide a small discount to Resident guests so this allowed us to save a few pounds.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a really good find. The staff are very helpful and lovely. Maria in particular goes out of her way and is a credit to the Hotel. I Would always check if this hotel was available first before I check any others when staying in Liverpool.
