Loved the location, everything close by. Hotel staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was of good size and immaculately clean and well looked after. Lovely little concealed kitchenette with microwave,fridge, nespresso machine and kettle- tea and coffee topped up daily. Bathroom with both bath and shower and lovely Molton Brown hand-wash/ shower gel and shampoo. Beds/linen changed daily. Really great stay!
Only slight negative comment was that the room was a bit on the cold side despite the thermostat set to maximum- we turned the fan option off and blanket used and problem solved xx

I wasn’t there for long but it was welcoming and in a great location. It was comfortable and I slept well. Staff were friendly.
The shower wasn’t very hot at 6am. My room was very small, though it had everything I needed and was fine for a solo traveler.

The Staff and the location were top. Couldn’t ask for better.
We have stayed here for the last three years. But this year we were given the smallest double room I have ever seen. It was that small , I had to climb over my wife during the night just to get out of the bed. Very disappointing.
