Great location. First visit was excellent, 2nd wad average
Staff response regarding dynamic pricing. So no value in booking early in our instance, no flexibility re 1hr check out extension which would have offset the higher price i had to pay booking in advance. No such gesture from staff

Location, beds was comfy and the rooms was spacess and liveable,wardrobes iron and ironing board,hairdryer coffee machine kettle everything was available and the staff was very friendly. They gave us a leaflet too use for restaurants for discount near the hotel who they advise and recommend you use. The rooms was so nice, bathroom was lovely. Shower and bath hair products was in dispensers on the wall. Clean towels and room was cleaned every day. I will defo be returning too the hotel and liverpool it was a such a relaxing hotel. Rooms was amazing.

Wonderful personal touches - the card at check in was thoughtful and the staff was so kind and helpful. I didn't have a chance for drinks downstairs but that was a great idea too. My mates who chose the Premier Inn were envious!
Really, nothing! If I was absolutely pressed I might say the pillows didn't seem up to the quality of everything else, but they weren't bad per se.

Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful, great value for money
We had a double room and the bed was tight against the wall which meant that the person closest to the wall had to clamber over the other to go to the toilet in the night

Excellent location, just a stone’s throw away from the shopping district Liverpool One. Spacious and clean room, front office staff were very attentive. On the whole an outstanding experience.

It was in a great location, very handy to walk to most things in the city centre and to get buses elsewhere. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The only tiny things were the water pressure in the shower was a little low, and we were unable to wash dishes in the kitchenette as no dish soap was provided, but I’m sure this would have been, if we had asked for it. We only had a short stay so this was not a problem at all.
