Everything What an absolutely fabulous hotel We got up graded to the 4th floor, our room was fab old fashioned beams and loads of space. Our room was so cosy and warm, it was so cold outside it was so lovely to come in to the warm after a day out exploring Liverpool Had a lovely warm bath, the toiletries smelled awesome There was nothing bad about this hotel. We will be staying again
