The location is great, close to everything. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A great touch is the free wine and nibbles they serve to guests between 6pm and 7pm. Will definitely stay again.

It was not the first time that we stood in the hotel, we basically choose this hotel every time we are in Liverpool. The hotel is very central and in short distances of good restaurants, bars or shopping possibilities.
There was nothing we did not like, prearranged wishes have been fulfilled and the personal was very friendly and we left the hotel with a smile on our faces

Lovely friendly reception. Baggage storage. Comfy bed. Good temperature control in the room. Bathroom good. Little kitchenette was fab. Great location for pubs amd restaurants.
