The location was very good. Near to restaurants and the train station. It was a quiet road.

Breakfast good restaurant across the road very handy and staff helpful
Didn’t find the bed comfortable and pillows were very uncomfortable , didn’t really have a restful night sleep . Would have preferred suite on all the same level.

Really great location for a night out in Liverpoor - right in athe heart of all the bars and clubs. But it is alos quite - no street noins in the rooms. When you're inside you just feel like you're in an up-market hotel. I was there on business (not partying) and it was still great
Well, it doesn't do breakfast - I think that's it on the negative side

Staff welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful. The handwritten card was a nice touch too. Room was clean and generally comfortable.
Having one side of the bed against a wall was a little disconcerting and made me glad I was on my own. I guess if my wife had been with me we would have been allocated a different room, though.

The room was lovely and cosy. The bed was great and the shower was superb.location was excellent and near to everything. Nice touch with the discounts with local places to eat.
